Surprisingly maybe for a DJ associated with the harder side of techno, Chris Liebing started out as a dj playing hiphop, soul, pop and house. Following on his growing interest in electronic music, he opened his own venue named in Spinclub back in 1994. More and more people started to take note of Liebing’s skills and a first gig at one of Germany’s most legendary clubs Omen further enhanced his status as a techno DJ. A few decades down the line, he is now one of the world’s most in demand DJs, known for his hammering DJ sets as well as the Collabs project he did together with Dutch producer Speedy J.
