Chimbala

Leury José Tejeda Brito (Santo Domingo, May 18, 1989), known by his stage name Chimbala, is a Dominican rapper and singer. Chimbala focuses mainly on urban music and has even been named one of the primary performers of dembow in Latin America. During his career, he has collaborated with artists such as Mozart La Para, José Reyes, and El Alfa. He became known for the song ‘Maniquí’, of which Farruko later made a remix. The song ‘Loco’, which he released in 2021 in colaboration with other artists, was also well received by his audience.
