If you have personalized your tickets, you can view your ticket in the Close app. You can also connect the CoronaCheck App with your Close app, so you can quickly switch from QR code to your ticket. COVID

This is a COVID-Safe event, where a QR code in the CoronaCheck App or EU DCC is required to enter the venue. For more details what you have to show with regards to COVID, please check our FAQ.

BAG POLICY

It is not allowed to bring big bags into the AFAS Live. Bags can be maximum of A4 paper and approximately 10 cm in width. We strongly advise keeping your bags at home. We will have security checks and bags will be checked. In case you have a big bag anyway, you can leave your bag at the Lockerpoint at the Arenapoort, opened from 17:00 – 01:00h.

LOCKERS

Lockers are available. You’ll need to pay for a locker key + a small amount of deposit. After returning your locker key, you’ll receive your deposit back.
Have a big bag that can’t go into the venue? Go to the Lockerpoint ArenApoort, just outside the AFAS Live. You can rent a big locker for storing luggage, backpacks, trolleys, etc. Go to the website of Lockerpoint for more information about the location, sizes and pricing.

PARKING

Surrounding the AFAS Live, we’ll have enough parking facilities. The closest by is parking garage P6, directly under the AFAS Live.  Click here for more information about parking in the ArenA-area.

CASHLESS SYSTEM

At the AFAS Life you can only pay with your debit or creditcard at all food & drink stands, so that means cashless only.
