I bought a ticket for AMF 2021, can I visit this event too?
No, this is not an AMF event. Fans with AMF tickets can either receive a refund or keep their tickets for next year which will automatically transfer over. More information on how to request a refund can be found on the AMF website. Fans in the AMF database will also receive early access to the ticket sales on Monday 4 October 2021 for this new show.
Why is this show different than AMF at Johan Cruijff ArenA?
AMF is much bigger than this event and was unable to go ahead as planned due to the government regulations and being a large-scale night event. This new event will be on a smaller scale and will end at midnight. AMF has become synonymous with the unveiling of DJ Mag’s World’s No. 1 DJ over the past decade, and this year the festival will assist DJ Mag in hosting a stand-alone ceremony. In order to keep up the annual tradition, the awards ceremony will be returning to the more intimate venue of AFAS LIVE.
Where can I buy a ticket?
You can get your ticket via our ticketshop at aldalive.com/tickets.
Do I need to bring my ID?
Yes, make sure to bring your ID and ticket to the event, since your ID will be crosschecked with your COVID proof (QR or EU DCC). The minimum age for the event is 18+. We cannot grant access to visitors younger than 18. Therefore, it is important to take legal identification with you for security to check your age.
COVID-19

From the Netherlands
If you’re from the Netherlands you can get a valid QR-code by being tested, vaccinated or showing proof of recovery. This is all possible in the Close app with the CoronaCheck app. The Close app will redirect you to the CoronaCheck app and your valid QR code will be available in the Close app afterwards.
From EU
If you’re from the EU you need an EU DCC (Digital Corona Certificate). You’ll get an EU DCC from your country when you’re vaccinated, have a proof of recovery or a negative test result. It is not possible to have the EU DCC integrated in the Close app (CoronaCheck App), but we will accept all EU DCC (QR codes).
If you don’t have an EU DCC (for example because you’re not vaccinated), you need to get tested in the Netherlands. You’ll get a valid QR code when tested negative and will be available within the Close app afterwards. Please visit the Close app to plan your test and your QR code will be available in the Close app (CoronaCheck App).
PLEASE NOTE: The United Kingdom is not part of the EU and did not join the EU DCC. If you are from the UK, please look at the ‘outside EU’ information.

Outside the EU
If you’re from outside the EU, you need to get tested for the festival. Sadly, it is not possible to enter the venue with a proof of recovery, proof of vaccination or negative test result that has not been taken in the Netherlands.
Please visit the Close app and plan your test accordingly by ‘test information’ and click on ‘plan your test’. You’ll get a valid QR code when tested negative and it will be available in the Close app afterwards.
PLEASE NOTE: Tests dates will be available and updated after the 10th of October.
TICKETING
Do I need to personalize my tickets?
You can personalize your tickets for Top100 DJs Awards until Tuesday 12 October, 20:00h CEST. You will receive an email from Paylogic which contains a link that gives access to the perzonalization page. If you didn’t manage to personalize your tickets, no worries! You will receive your tickets from Paylogic anyway – there’s no further action required from you. You will receive an email from Paylogic with ‘Confirmation for order’ (exact subject depending on your language), in this email you’ll find a button ‘download e-ticket’. We’ve now added the barcodes to all tickets. All tickets bought after Tuesday 12 October, 20:00h CEST do not need to be personalized.
How does Send 2 Friend work?
You are going to Top100 DJs Awards and you have bought tickets for you and your friends before Tuesday 12 October, 20:00h CEST. You will receive an email from Paylogic which gives access to the personalization page. On this page you can invite your friends by mail to claim the ticket you bought for them using ‘Send 2 Friend’. He/She is then able to claim the ticket and personalize the ticket themselves.
I didn’t receive the confirmation mail, what can I do?
If you can’t find your confirmation mail anymore, don’t worry! You can go to this tool: https://consumer.paylogic.nl/tickets/ Fill in the email address you have bought your tickets with. You will then receive a confirmation email again.
What does ticket insurance mean?
Ticket insurance means that you insure your tickets against unforeseen circumstances. If you cannot visit the event due to unforeseen circumstances, this will be covered by the insurance. PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation of the event due to COVID-19 is not covered with this insurance.
How do I receive my tickets?
If you personalized your tickets before 12 October, 20:00h CEST, you’re tickets are linked to your phone number and can be found in the Close App which can be downloaded here. Can’t see your tickets in the app? Ask the main booker to go back to his/her e-mail (or do so yourself, if you are the main booker) where he/she can download the tickets. The subject of that mail is ‘Confirmation for order’ (exact subject depending on your language), in this email you’ll find a button ‘download e-ticket’. We’ve now added the barcodes to all tickets. Have you checked your email inbox and spam folder and can’t find this email? Have the main booker go to https://consumer.paylogic.nl/tickets. Via this link, the main booker can retrieve the confirmation email with the download link to all the e-tickets in the order once more.
