Your ticket for A Day at the Park Festival in the Kralingse Bos will remain valid for the new date on Saturday the 17th of September 2022.
I can’t attend the event on the new date, can I request a refund?
Of course, we really hope you will join us at A Day at the Park Festival Kralingse Bos. All ticket buyers will receive an e-mail next week (week of the 16th of August). If you can’t make the new date, you will find more info on how to request a refund for your tickets in that email.

I have requested a refund, when do I get my money back?
If you have requested a refund via the official refund tool, the refund will be paid out 4 (four) weeks after the original event date (18 september 2021).
Will there be a new ticket sale for the newly communicated date of A Day at the Park Festival Kralingse Bos?
Depending on how many refunds there will be requested, there will be a new ticket sale for A Day at the Park Festival Kralingse Bos of all the tickets that have been refunded.
Can I request a refund for a part of my order?
It is not possible to request a refund for a part of your order. It is only possible to request a refund for the full order. This means that it is not possible to only get a refund for 2 (two) tickets when you have bought 4 (four) tickets in one order.
